Why it works
The opening puts a 17%-of-GDP claim over a passing train, then cuts to an orange route map at 0:02, so scale arrives before exposition. From 0:12–0:28, short city and construction shots visualize the spoken examples; at 0:36–0:48, the route advances through five internal changes, giving the delayed project reveal a clear visual payoff. Those scale, proof and map beats are reusable for other evidence-led explainers.
