Why it works
A scenic and social ideal occupies 0:00–0:25, then a youth-migration contradiction makes the viewer need an explanation. The proposal is promised around 0:55–1:25 but named only at 5:14, with a firsthand cultural account and an official interview in between; the strongest replay window at 4:08–4:17 coincides with the central question returning. Sparse date and project graphics support a brisk 19.8 detected cuts per minute without turning the piece into a caption montage.
