Why it works
The locked city frame lets the billboard change without resetting the viewer's sense of place: a pale panel becomes a saturated red campaign field by about 0:04. Distinct re-hooks arrive with the emblem around 0:07, character around 0:14, oversized objects from 0:23, and a faster graphic sequence from 0:35 to 0:41 before the final mark around 0:43.
