Why it works
The opening states a paradox by 0:06 while a crowd-versus-people scene makes the stakes legible. A single branching diagram builds the mechanism through 0:45, the strongest replay point, then an equal-scale before/after and a large metaphor at 1:07–1:12 make the reversal memorable.
