Why it works
The nearly empty opening delays its first written premise until around 1.5–2 seconds, making the viewer complete the thought. Shot 3 turns many points into one node around frames 1487–1535, then a circular dark-to-light change at frame 1693 gives the human outcome a clear visual payoff. The contrast steps at frames 638–644 and 1693–1699 refresh attention even though the film has only five measured shots.
