Why it works
The portrait becomes a translucent phone interface inside shot 1's measured ×0.26 pullout, so the feature is visible before the first cut at frame 71. The rapid material-to-control sequence changes texture while the 20-frame continuous boundary at frame 187 preserves one tactile motion. A longer 78-frame human payoff in shot 9 gives the personal line space before the 30-frame brand resolve.
