Why it works
The opening retains a matched hand silhouette across frames 0–62, so the material swaps read instantly before shot 4 changes medium. The process and apparatus sequence gives the polished image a visible physical cause, while shot 19 grants 190 frames to the luminous-strip payoff and its frame-858 internal cut. The replay peak at 39.7–40.3 s falls within that transformation.
