Why it works
The 57-frame monochrome portrait gives the viewer a person to read before pressure expands through shots 6–15. An eight-frame flash into shot 16 makes the spoken interruption visible, and the physical object POV in shot 19 turns reassurance into participation. The action montage then gives speech room, while the 98-frame final card resolves to identity without a closing fade.
