Why it works
The upper preparation view changes while the lower result stays registered, so each stage is easy to compare; the opening holds 128 frames while physical action changes inside it. Three additional hard cuts at frames 176, 707 and 998 make the process denser than the 17-shot table alone suggests. The split releases at frame 1144 into a full-frame hero, with no closing fade.
