Why it works
The presenter names a familiar attention problem by 0:03, then grounds it in browser and desk actions from 0:15–0:36. The explanation gains fresh shape through a correction at 2:51–3:01 and a concrete store-food example from 4:05; a tight punch-in at 5:05–5:07 overlaps the strongest measured replay cluster. These are useful teaching moves, though the six-minute measured segment is mainly a conventional talking-head lecture.
