Why it works
The ironic tutorial promise arrives at 0:00 and appears as small centered text by 1.25 seconds, before the first cut at 3.54 seconds. Thirteen numbered resets from 0:03.5 to 4:56.1 give the long piece a clear progression, while 139 shots ground abstract bad advice in beds, clutter, phones and stores; the top replay peak at 2:55.9–3:00.4 bridges a step card to ordinary habit imagery.
