Why it works
A silent station ident becomes a circular entrance at frames 56–77 before the first spoken word at 7.08 s, making the fictional report legible through pictures. Shots 20–22 turn the performance claim into three real-use angles, while shot 27's 8.22 s material inspection gives the second claim proof; the short verdict in shots 28–29 coincides with the supplied 59.2–59.8 s replay peak.
