Why it works
The opening assembles the title within the first three seconds while shot 1 keeps changing internally instead of cutting. The recurring diagram world in shots 7–8, 12–13 and 17–19 makes the refrain recognizable, while the 51.42-second shot 14 stays active through phrase-led graphic changes and an internal cut at f4599. The edit follows the lyric: words cover 66% of the film and only 9 of 18 measured shot boundaries sit within 1.5 frames of a beat.
