Why it works
The unexplained pool image runs to frame 128 before the first cut, while sparse narration occupies only 17% of the film. The heritage-to-future passage in shots 25–26 uses many internal hard cuts under a dark visual motif, then releases into lit design proof; the replay peak at 1:12.5–1:13.6 falls within that reveal.
