Why it works
The opening holds a curious face for 46 frames before a hard cut introduces the challenger. Short exchanges defer the full-scale product until shot 45, then shots 45–46 connect it to a hand-held miniature and a sparse centered line. The last 150 frames cut to black, giving the story a clean landing.
