Why it works
A near-black flash gives way to dense tropical wallpaper by 0:00.25, then short illustrated credit tableaux change every 2–3 seconds while a consistent paper texture and muted palette hold the world together. The imagery darkens through a snake at 0:28, surreal sea life around the 0:44.6–0:45.5 replay peak, and a storm at 0:55, before a white flower earns the long title hold from about 1:02. Audience comments repeatedly praise the music and the tension beneath the beautiful visuals.
