Why it works
The opening moves from a picturesque replica town at 0:08 to an empty-housing scale figure at 1:00, giving the abstract problem a concrete entry point. A paired price-and-income comparison at 1:47–1:53 is the measured six-minute excerpt's replay peak, while maps and stepwise diagrams from 2:20 to 5:23 make the institutional mechanism legible. The three-shot cut count is visibly an undercount of this edited sequence.
