Why it works
The first 13.1 seconds invite viewers to inspect a moving row of dated passport covers, making a missing word visible before expanding the question. At 1:42 the story returns to the physical document, and at 3:13–3:25 it turns a diplomatic change into highlighted primary-source proof. The strongest replay peak, 4:55.6–5:03.6, coincides with the immediate return to a new historical era after a support appeal.
