Why it works
The opening builds a readable three-strip crisis headline by 0:00.75, then moves through grain, medicine, ships, floods, and dollars to make the causal chain visible; the dollar/import link at 0:19.8–0:20.4 is the strongest replay peak. A three-step paper card at 0:25.8–0:37.2 slows the pace for the proposed fix, and a 'two problems' pivot at 0:37.2 reopens the question before the close.
