Why it works
The opening asks a familiar question by 1.6 seconds, then uses seven rapid archival cuts between 2.1 and 6.8 seconds to make the recurring phrase memorable. A consistent cyan grid, yellow caption strips and concrete icons organize the 6.8–48 second explanation; the oversized $200 billion card at about 52.5 seconds makes the 54.2-second reversal legible.
