Why it works
The first 10.5 seconds establish period and consequence with a flag, an isolated figure, and the presenter before speech begins; the explicit subject promise follows around 0:40. Maps at 1:52, a justice-scale graphic around 2:27, and a 10% versus 50% policy contrast give abstract history visible anchors. A stark flag-and-crowd graphic at 5:26–5:36 coincides with the strongest replay peak, though the replay data does not establish why viewers returned.
