Why it works
The opening isolates a 200 px-cap word and turns it into a footage mask just after the dark inversion at 1.25 s. The human phrase moves from white type into workplace footage at frame 261, and the shot 14 graphic travels 114.5% of frame width before the 244-frame final announcement card.
