Why it works
The 0:00 public-speech cold open establishes historic stakes before the studio setup. About 91 cuts between 0:30 and 1:30 turn the dispute into a collage of crowds, documents and voters; at 1:53 an attributed numerical detail gives the 1:30 narrative turn specificity. The three-job framework beginning around 4:49 makes the voter-list consequence at 5:25 easier to follow.
