Why it works
A 152-frame uncut opening makes the source scene memorable before the command/result montage accelerates to a 0.83 s median shot. The measured 53 hard boundary cuts and 13 of 56 cuts near the beat show that picture changes, rather than strict musical sync, carry the argument. Shot 56 then clears the screen for a sparse promise before the fade from frame 1591.
