Why it works
The red question card makes the topic clear immediately, and cuts at 0:02.1 and 0:04.5 carry the setup into a direct answer. A verbal promise near 0:14 delays the reason it is noticed on waking until 0:42–0:54; the main replay peak at 0:15.9–0:16.5 lands as the mechanism begins. The remaining 49.6 seconds are one talking-head shot, so the appeal rests mostly on the subject and delivery rather than a reusable visual edit.
