Why it works
The moving wheel withholds the full shape until the in-world identity appears at frame 30. A 10-frame continuous fragment-to-rear hand-off at frame 120 makes the object seem assembled on screen, and the wheel in shot 7 sets up the full-object payoff at frame 320. Shot 9 then strips motion back through its internal card changes at frames 483, 539 and 600.
