Why it works
Shot 1 withholds the object, shot 2 supplies a readable physical clue, and the frame-90 breakup raises visual energy before the silhouette in shot 4. The frame-180 cut to near-black then makes the three end-card states feel deliberate, with internal changes at frames 258 and 343.
