Why it works
Action begins at frame 0, then the first close result arrives at frame 75, so the test produces evidence before setup can drag. Four repeated action-to-result handoffs make changing surfaces comparable; the 63-frame final macro in shot 17 reverses the verdict suggested by the dark exterior in shot 14.
