Why it works
Two runners enter at f0, and the continuous low-camera handoff at f44 renews the pursuit before the gate cut at f107. Water and architecture keep opening new spaces, while shot 23 lasts 308 frames and shot 26 lasts 325 frames to give the horizon mark room. The reference has no steady musical pulse, so its motion and sound cues carry the timing.
