Why it works
At 0:00, the giant technique name, decade, index and layered specimen art explain the collection without speech. The chronology advances through many images even though the cut detector counts the first 6.25 seconds as one shot, then seven roughly 0.3-second modern cards accelerate the sequence at 0:08.2–0:10.3. A sudden white feature card and product reveal at 0:10.3–0:15 give the eye space to read the announcement.

The first 2 of 15 plates are open. Claude reads the same plates over MCP.
Plate 01
The format in one breath
A silent, music-led tour through a visual collection: each specimen carries its name, era and index. The parade accelerates through time, then resolves to a sparse white product card and a final announcement. The promise begins at 0:00 with the historical technique name and becomes explicit at 12:50 with the product reveal.
Why it works
- At 0:00, the enormous technique title, decade, specimen imagery and item counter explain the collection without narration.
- From 0:01 to 0:06, the subject changes from early photographic processes toward modern effects; repeated positions for the title and decade let viewers scan fast-changing examples.
- The last ten detected shots begin at 0:06.2; eight of them are under 0.4 s before the white card at 0:10.3. That speed-to-stillness change makes the reveal legible.

Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 16:9, 1280×720 · 15.0 s at 60 fps |
| Pace | 11 measured shots, 10 confirmed cuts, 39.9 cuts/min; 16 uncertain collage changes mean the visible pace is closer to 40–104 changes/min. Mean shot 1.37 s, median 0.33 s. |
| Script | No spoken words; the visual labels carry the story. |
| Voice | None. |
| On screen | 0:00–0:10 layered archival and effects examples; 0:10–0:15 two white editorial cards. |
| Captions | No subtitles. Large effect names, decade at lower left, tiny website and item counter. |
| Sound | Continuous tonal, music-like bed; roughly 121 BPM (low-confidence estimate); no clear cut-accent effects; −14.1 LUFS integrated, −1.6 dBFS true peak. |
| Structure | Historical catalog rush → accelerated modern samples → featured effect card → product announcement. |
