Why it works
The opening hides a tiny figure in 119 frames of dark water and ripple rings, then a five-frame flash reveals a performer. Shots 3–9 multiply that figure through increasingly dense colour grids, while the long shot 10 transforms the stage into a painted world; shot 11 reframes it as gallery art and erases the subject.
