Why it works
The first 36 frames establish sender and recipient in one wide world; shots 3–9 make the written question into a travelling page. Eleven quick pictured cards in shots 11–21 give way to two 48-frame holds in shots 22–23, then the marked return in shot 26 gives the catalogue a personal meaning.
