Why it works
Shot 1 turns a mark into a benefit before the first UI cut at frame 178, so the long demonstration has a clear premise. Short chapter cards reset the pale capture sequences, while shot 20 uses its 881 frames for a real control change and result, ending with a 40-frame focus pull rather than a closing cut.
