Why it works
A specific lost-item frustration lands within the first 3.8 seconds, then a sharp switch from the warm phone-user scene to a luminous fantasy guide makes an abstract search feature visual. The film withholds speech during the roughly 0:10–0:14 result reveal, pays it off with a close reaction at 0:14, and gives the product claim before a clean 8.9-second logo hold.
