Why it works
The unfinished opening sentence repeats into a horizontal smear, then resolves into a readable location phrase by about 2.5 s; this makes the text motion carry the hook. A single hard cut at frame 167 separates setup from action, while the 206 px cap interruption and 131 px cap action phrase lead into actual UI proof rather than a feature list. The white panel coverage creates the measured brightness jumps around 4.0 and 12.5 s without requiring extra edit cuts.
