Why it works
The near-black display holds at 0:00 before thin rules and a white wordmark arrive by about 0:02, making the first colour burst at 0:02.75 more pronounced. One locked 19-second subway view keeps the setting stable while the letters cycle through dense warm and cool arrangements at 0:03.8, 0:09.5 and 0:11.4, then break apart near 0:15.2.
