Why it works

A readable app note at 0:03.7 turns the house search into a specific mystery; two sub-second gnome close-ups at 0:16.8–0:18.6 pay off the literal clue. A 14.89-second wide shot lets a new address problem emerge through overlays and a large slogan, before the full-red offer card gets five seconds at 0:35.4.
