Why it works
The narrator establishes a $100 billion scale claim by 0:03 and reverses the premise by 0:11, while layered characters and a magnifier animate the opening scene. A 0:23–0:59 source montage adds competing perspectives; at 1:52 a four-stakeholder diagram makes the argument easy to follow and coincides with the strongest replay peak in the measured six minutes. The tight 3:23–3:27 comparison turns the original spare-room model into an investment-property story before the host consequence lands at 5:26–5:37.
