Why it works
The opening moves from darkness to tactile media and archival people in the first three seconds, before narration begins near 9.5 s. Shot 14 shrinks its central mark to ×0.30 and changes picture through an eight-frame dip at frame 200; later, sparse speech and 215 measured shots let real human action prove the collective claim. The final image starts fading at frame 3901, allowing the music and mark to release together.
