Why it works
The first cut waits until 0:10, but staged light reveals at 0:01.6 and 0:02.8 make the miniature city and strange building a visual question. The piece then makes policy physical: a red-window row at 1:27, a three-district map near 3:00, and alternative room placements at 4:15; the 5:22–5:30 replay peak coincides with a memorable isolated building comparison. These observations cover only the dissected first 6:00 of the 13:25 film.
