Why it works
The engraved portrait and name build apparent authority in the first five seconds, then the 0:24 confession overturns the entire opening; a red scribble makes the reversal visible around 0:26. The 0:35–0:47 rule card gives a useful takeaway, and the 0:47–0:56 textbook and standards-body consequence raises the stakes. The three most-replayed windows cluster near the name/diagram (0:05), correction (0:26), and exception (0:41).
