Why it works
The first 16 seconds keep one moving queue on screen, labeling the viewer's car before naming the coordination problem at 0:16. The animation repeatedly scales a small cause into a network effect, then a false ending at 3:19 makes the structural reveal at 3:20 feel earned. The densest coordinated-intersection demonstration at 4:05–4:08 is the top replay window.
