Why it works
The contour emerges from black before the opening promise becomes readable, while shot 1 runs 164 frames and hides a source change at frame 113. The center accelerates through 0.33–0.80-second actions, then shot 18 presents a composed result before a question and a long static end slate. Only 6 of 19 transitions sit near the beat, so picture motion carries the sequence.
