Why it works
The title holds its counterintuitive promise for 7.9 seconds before a map grounds the story, and the calm narration gives complex events room to register. At 2:23–2:34 a visible conditions board establishes criteria that the next four geographic cases test; the excerpt's strongest replay window, 3:16–3:32, falls on a disputed case. A chapter card at 4:40 resets the viewer for a deeper story, although the measured six minutes do not reach the title's final payoff.
