Why it works
The opening withholds the complete product while a narrow contour becomes legible; hard internal changes at frames 116, 201, 282 and 393 keep refreshing the material evidence. The full hero arrives at frame 628, then the name and marks replace it at frames 741 and 820, giving the delayed identification a clean resolution.
