Why it works
The first sentence makes an ordinary council-room image consequential, while date and context overlays keep the opening 44-second shot developing without a cut. Maps and archival material establish the land and collaborators before the ring reveal at 4:46; 99 internal picture steps make the restrained 5.7 measured cuts/min feel more active. The final minute turns the shape into a practical explanation of sections, routes, and views.
