Why it works
The first measured shot waits 360 frames before an external cut, letting narration reverse a familiar belief over a partially lit object that opens into a real scene. The 0-frame cuts into the interface and handheld proof at frames 360 and 421 make the claim concrete; the identity card begins at frame 546 and fades to black from about frame 662 (27.61 s; plate 6) through frame 719.
