Why it works
The cover makes the large financial claim legible before play, while the first minute accumulates press, institutional and news imagery before posing the central question around 1:12. Across the measured 6:00, 114 changes inside 21 detected shots keep long voice-led passages visually active; the strongest replay span, 5:08.9–5:20.3, crosses a success quote and the stark WARNING SIGNS pivot. The measured excerpt is part of a longer documentary, so its eventual payoff is not visible.
