Why it works
The opening hides a person's face for 55 frames, then builds context through work, a lit seasonal place and a shared dinner before the first statement at 11.52 s. Four-frame white handoffs at shots 17, 20 and 21 make personal archives feel tactile; the short shots 53–65 converge into shot 67's 223-frame mosaic. The final 371-frame credit shot gives individual contributors time to register, with three measured dips between portrait groups.
