Why it works
The film opens from black by frame 56 but withholds a clear object until the macro cut at frame 154. Five internal cuts inside measured shot 1 sustain attention before the boundary at frame 661; the continuous particle action at frame 1234 then gives way to a sharply smaller hero at frame 1269.
